Bedrock Periodontal Longevity: a specialist partner for your physician practice.
If you are running a physician-led medicine practice in Austin, you are already managing cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, and inflammatory risk. Bedrock Periodontal Longevity is the periodontal arm of that plan.
A specialist workup with a report your team can use.
- — A comprehensive periodontal and peri-implant workup.
- — Targeted oral microbial testing (OralDNA MyPerioPath, Bristle metagenomics, or Viome saliva RNA — chosen by case).
- — A structured written report you can drop into your chart, with pathogen counts, clinical findings, imaging summary, and a staged treatment plan.
- — Coordinated recall so your patient's oral status is retested on a cadence that matches the rest of their program.
Clear scope, on purpose.
- — We will not order ApoE, ApoB, Lp(a), CIMT, coronary calcium, hs-CRP, or any systemic labs. Those are yours.
- — We will not start peptide therapy, hormones, IV therapy, or systemic supplements.
- — We will not "co-manage" cardiovascular or cognitive risk. We manage the mouth and report what we find.
Four steps.
- 01
Send us the patient with any relevant labs, imaging, or notes.
- 02
We schedule the Periodontal Longevity Assessment.
- 03
You receive our written report within 5–7 business days of the assessment.
- 04
We coordinate ongoing maintenance and re-testing on a cadence you and the patient agree on.
A small network. No fees in either direction.
We maintain bidirectional relationships with a small number of Austin-area physician-led practices. There are no kickbacks, rebates, or referral fees in either direction. If you would like to be part of that network, contact us directly.
